Custom FT-200 series with conveyor system

A new customer based in Bury St. Edmonds have had their first installation from Flow Tronix, the FT-200 series filling machine has been designed with back to back 2” filling heads one side for filling the other side for extracting from drums/IBC’s, Integrated in to a powered conveyor system complete with perimeter guarding.
The application has been installed in to an ATEX zone 2 environment, the filling machine is controlled via pneumatic logic with an integrated earth-rite anti-static system, the conveyors are controlled via a safe area control panel complete with safety barriers for the conveyor sensors.
