Custom FT-200 series with conveyor system

A new customer located in Bury St. Edmunds has received their initial installation from Flow Tronix. The FT-200 series filling machine is equipped with back-to-back 2″ filling heads, one designated for filling and the other for extracting from drums or IBCs. This system is integrated into a powered conveyor system that includes perimeter guarding.
The application has been installed in an ATEX zone 2 environment. The filling machine operates through pneumatic logic and features an integrated earth-rite anti-static system. The conveyors are managed via a control panel located in a safe area, which is equipped with safety barriers for the conveyor sensors.
