FT-200 Series Filling System

We have modified our standard FT-200 series filling system to accommodate a Z-Axis movement, this was a solution to a problem our customer had regarding a limited height issue, this still allows our customer to fill various container heights within the height restricted room.

This will be our customers 4th filling machine with this specification although they do vary in lengths from 4.5mtr – 6mtrs long.

Specification

• The filling systems range from 4500mm long to 5800mm long with a manual indexing of the filling head of left to right and front to back, container heights ranged from 25lt to non-standard IBC at 1600mm.
• Filling is controlled via the customers existing Flow Meter with the filling machine interfaced in to their SCADA system via volt free contacts..
• 2″ Filling lines complete with 1 1/2″ filling nozzles.
• Fume extraction hoods
• Hastelloy filling nozzles
• Overfill protection
