This machine is an all purpose machine suitable for filling oils, gels, lotions, chemicals and paints, For low viscosity products such as detergents and solvents use one of our air operated shut off nozzles.

This machine can use a variety of filling methods using a counter, weigh platform or flow meter and positive displacement; we can also interface this filling machine in to an existing conveyor system.

This is an FT-300w that incorporates 2 bottom fill nozzles for foaming products, 2 Weightron Bilanciai D440 ATEX approved (zone 1) indicators with two 30kg x 10grams DTI Approved weigh platforms.
The flexible hoses are PTFE lined with a polymer outer braiding with union clamp quick release connections.
The main construction is manufacture from 304 stainless steel with the filling nozzles being 316 stainless steel incorporating the PTFE and Viton seals.
This filler was manufactured for use in a hazardous area (zone 1) filling perkalone into 5ltr containers.

This is an FT-300c fully automatic multi-head filling machine that was interfaced in to an existing conveyor system, this system incorporates 3 top fill nozzles for non-foaming products, three gear pumps with adjustable speed control potentiometers, three counters that are manually set to control the amount of product being filled.
The flexible hoses are food grade with quick release union clamp connections.
