FT-100 series
Capacity -
standard weigh range of 20ltr - 1000ltr+
16 x 20ltr/25ltr containers (max 3 layers total of 48 per pallet)
4 x 205ltr drums
1 x 1000ltr IBC container
This filling machine is suitable for filling in a safe or hazardous environment (zone 1) and has been designed with the view of taking the physical strain out of filling whilst obtaining your required accuracy.
FT-200 series
Capacity -
Weigh Range 20ltr - 1000ltr+
16 x 20ltr/25ltr containers (max 3 layers total of 48 per pallet)
4 x 200ltr drums
1 x 1000ltr IBC container
This filling machine is primarily used with a conveyor system although it is also ideal for hazardous products where keeping you distance is paramount, this filling machine is available in a safe or hazardous enviroment (zone 1).
FT-300 Series
Capacity -
The filling range of this filling machine varies as this machine is custom built to suit you requirements but in general terms we are capable of filling from 200ml to a single container filling 1000ltr+
The FT-300 filling machine is a stand alone or fully automatic machine for filling 200ml to 1000ltr containers compact in size and very simple to use.
